On Monday, it was announced that former “Trump adviser” George Papadopolous had pleaded guilty to “collusion” with Russia, which is not a crime.
The story stank to high heaven until news broke that he was a “proactive cooperator” and “wore a wire” to entrap Trump associates:
Sources familiar with the investigation tell Fox News that “Papadopolous recorded conversations with Donald Trump Jr., Paul Manafort, Jared Kushner, Tiffany Trump, Carter Page, and others in an effort to get them to agree to accept aid from Russia.
“Papadopolous managed to snare Manafort, but he enjoyed much less success with anyone else,” says a source close to the investigation. Now, having participated in easily provable entrapment, Papadopolous will be testifying in an effort to tear the Trump administration apart.
Manafort’s indictment, which has nothing to do with the Trump administration, is just a distraction from the real Russia story: Hillary Clinton’s collusion with Vladimir Putin to sell off 20% of our country’s Uranium supply.
This entire “investigation” is a sham and Monday’s indictment and Papadopolous’ “guilty plea” are just further proof of that.
It’s time for President Trump to defund the Mueller “investigation” because it is a waste of our resources.
