Unfortunately for fake news CNN, Ben Sasse was captured live on C-Span3 at that exact moment, 4:44 PM EDT, questioning Neil Gorsuch during the Supreme Court Nominee’s confirmation hearing.

Sorry, Jake…you’re busted.
